YaRunii Handcrafted offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply email us at yarunii@gmail.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Item must be in original, unaltered condition with all packaging materials. You are responsible for return shipping. Return package must be shipped with tracking capabilities and tracking number must be emailed to us. If the fault is ours, we will gladly make things right—but again, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
